IDRIA pure or monocyte-rich PRP product contains IDRIA G tube and accessories for blood draw. IDRIA G can offer pure PRP in plasma with partial presence of white cells and a complete depletion of red blood cells. This clean solution is an important prerogative for all clinical application. Gel separation, during the centrifugation allows separation of blood components according to their density concentrating platelets and separating them from the inflammatory component of white blood cells. Platelets precipitate on the top part of the gel, while granulocytes and red blood cells are trapped under the gel at the bottom of the tube. The use of anticoagulant M-ACD-7 (Citric acid trisodium dihydrate salt) controls and maintains the natural pH ideal for tissue regeneration.

IDRIA G provides a powerful concentration of deliverable regenerative cells without catabolic contaminants. By recovering platelets and monocytes (depending on the protocol), it exerts a synergistic action that modulates the response of the surrounding cells in the lesion or injection area, facilitating rapid tissue healing. 

By processing 28 ml of blood, physicians can obtain 4 ml of PRP and 8 ml of PPP with high concentrations of regenerative cells in a single 8-minute spin (1500 rgf). The specially designed separating gel optimizes the biological profile of the obtained PRP by ensuring:

PRF contains IDRIA B 30ml tube and accessories for blood draw. IDRIA B  offers to create injectable platelet-rich fibrin (iPRF), a fully autologous, blood-derived biomaterial having three-dimensional fibrin meshwork. Like that of a PRF clot, while retaining the fluid nature, similar to platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Along with platelets and its growth factors, injectable PRF has predominantly mononuclear cells along with its growth factors and fibrinogen. Preparation of injectable PRF is simple and requires minimal instrumentation and materials, making it a cost-effective product. Clinical application has been effective in androgenetic alopecia treatment, periorbital rejuvenation, temporary filler material and as an agent to promote wound healing with favourable results.

IDRIA B ensures the creation of a specialized component that concentrates and harvests fibrinogen and platelets, resulting in an optimal compound for volumetric and regenerative effects.

IDRIA B does not contain ACD-a and gel-separator, which allows  physicians to choose the volume of product desired to treat the area with a volumetric effect.

Autologous Cytokines Conditioned Serum includes the IDRIA S+ 30ml tube and accessories for blood draw. IDRIA S+ comprises glass beads coated with positively charged ions. They interact with monocytes to stimulate the release of inflammatory mediators, including the anti-inflammatory IL-1Ra. Processing 30 ml of whole blood with IDRIA S+ yields 15 ml of autologous serum rich in cytokines.

IDRIA S+ Autologous Cytokines Conditioned Serum provides a hyper-concentration and cellular stimulation of IL-1Ra directly from the patient’s own blood,. Eliminating the need for any incubation process.

The presence of glass beads in IDRIA S+ activates monocytes to produce anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1Ra. Also enhances the concentration of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-10.

IL-1Ra, known as interleukin-1 receptor antagonist, is a naturally occurring cytokine that inhibits inflammation by binding to the IL-1 receptor, thereby preventing its activation. IL-1Ra not only blocks IL-1 but also exhibits analgesic and neuroprotective properties. It helps maintain proteinase balance and, in synergy with IL-4 and IL-10, promotes homeostasis in the microenvironment and tissue (including cartilage) synthesis.

Following centrifugation, a serum enriched with these cytokines and a significant amount of growth factors released from platelets (TGF-β, HGF, VEGF, IGF, PDGF) can be obtained. This cell-free serum exhibits high production of IL-1Ra within just 30 minutes, without the need for incubation.

Physicians can process 30 ml of blood and wait just 30 minutes for activation. Then to obtain 15 ml of Autologous Cytokines Conditioned Serum with high concentrations of anti-inflammatory cytokines in a single 10-minute spin (2700 rgf).
